SHOP LOCAL HOLIDAY EVENT

SHOP LOCAL ~ THURSDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2016

WCR, a 501(c)6 non-profit, is promoting a SHOP LOCAL event to be held from 6-9 p.m. on Thursday, 12/1/16 in downtown Frederick, Maryland.
How to register to participate: Submit your registration online no later than Friday, October 28, 2016.
To make this event successful we need merchant and local business sponsorship. Your participation or sponsorship level will include an ad on the event ticket, recognition on the WCR and FCAR website and signage at each
participating location. Please let us know if you would like to participate and be a part of giving back to our community. Participation & sponsorship will be printed on the ticket with your logo. Options are below:
1. ____Patron will receive a discount in the amount of 10%, 20%, 30% of purchase or single item (circle one)
2. ____Patron will receive one chance for a
drawing item: Item ________ & value $ _______
3. ____Patron will receive:________ food or drink item
4. ____Patron will receive: (your choice)_______
5. ___ Sponsorship level 1: $100 plus one ticket
6.___ Sponsorship level 2: $200 or more plus 2 tickets and your logo and link to your business website from the WCR website.
Tickets will be sold for $20
to be used the evening of Dec 1, 2016 to shop and dine at participating merchants. Proceeds from this event will go to WCR for continuing education & leadership growth within our community & donated to the four local non-profit groups:
Habitat for Humanity
SHIP
Platoon 22
Humane Society
Participants will be required to show their SHOP LOCAL ticket for discounts and participation the evening of the event.
