Mr. Dancer has served as a VP Private Banker to many of our nation's one percent income earners. These clients demand only the best service and that is what Phil is bringing to the home inspection industry which is typically transactional in nature. In a short 4 months he has already garnered 35 client reviews, where the leading firm averages only 58 reviews per year with multiple inspectors. Phil hopes that by putting clients first and at the center of the relationship, Frederick Home Inspection Services will earn the respect and admiration of the real estate industry.
As a father, husband and homeowner, Phil is more than aware of the challenges of homeownership, particularly when buying or selling a home. The objective of Frederick Home Inspection Services is to take the stress off the client by providing a thorough, timely and user-friendly home inspection.
As a member of the community Phil regularly volunteers to help others in his community that may not always be able to help themselves.

Tri-County Pump Service is a family owned business providing licensed, reliable service since 1991. They are located in Boonsboro, MD and serve the MD, VA, and WV area. They specialize in the service, repair, and installation of Well Pumps, Water Treatment, Septic, and Plumbing systems. Tri-County Pumps also provides a wide variety of property sale inspections including Septic and Well inspections, Water Testing, and Perc Tests.

In 2008, Richard relocated to Maryland from Connecticut, where he operated and sold a large tree, lawn and pest control business. He says the beautiful Maryland landscape, warm people, and thriving equestrian community drew him to the area.
After renovating and selling homes for a number of years, including a time as a builder of spec homes, he decided to begin performing home inspections. He says “I wanted to create a company where I could have a team of loyal associates who LOVE helping our customers. Having worked closely with other home inspectors during my time as a builder, I knew I could create a company that offered great services to real estate agents and a great work atmosphere for inspectors.” Richard founded the company in 2012. After spending several years learning the ins and outs of the business he hired his first team members in 2016.“ I had to become a great technician before training others,” he says.
Richard lives in Boonsboro, Maryland, where he enjoys all outdoor activities but especially Fox Chasing. In the USA, riders do not kill the fox, which is why the sport is often called Fox Chasing in lieu of Fox Hunting. Richard is a Whipper-In for the New Market Middletown Valley Hounds. He also enjoys trail riding at nearby Antietam Battlefield and encourages new and regular real estate agents who ride (or want to ride) to give him a ring!
